Dether provides a decentralized peer-to-peer ether system that enables anyone on Earth to purchase ether with cash and invest it at physical stores nearby. No bank account is required, simply a mobile phone with internet access. Our belief is the fact that the beauty and power of this Ethereum technology should be readily available to all.
