Qtum (Quantum) are an available source, decentralized project that aims to capitalize on the prosperity of Bitcoin, while contending for the Decentralized Application (DAPP) and Smart Contract market. The goal is to operate with industry lovers, and launch the very first Value Transfer Protocol (VTP). This will streamline day-to-day business routines, and allow for smoother adoption. Qtum aims to become the platform with Smart Contracts that execute within an Unspent Transaction Output (UTXO).
